Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Step 3: Place the squares in a greased mini muffin tin, pressing them gently into the bottom and up the sides.
- Step 4: Add a small piece of Brie cheese to each pastry square.
- Step 5: Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the Brie in each cup.
- Step 6: Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Step 9: Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme, if desired, before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
