- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, tapioca starch, and salt. Stir them together until well mixed.
- Step 2: Gradually add the water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until a smooth dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough on a clean surface for about 5 minutes to develop elasticity.
- Step 4: Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion out into thin sheets.
- Step 5: Cut the sheets into your desired noodle shape.
- Step 6: Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add the noodles. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Step 7: Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Step 8: Serve the noodles with your favorite sauce or toppings.
Notes
Store leftover noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to a month.
