- Step 1: In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 2: Add the sliced pork to the pot and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Pour in the chicken or pork broth and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Step 4: Add the cubed tofu to the pot. Allow it to cook for about 10 minutes, so it absorbs all those delicious flavors.
