Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch garlic chives cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, continuing to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Step 5: Incorporate the garlic chives and cook for another minute.
  6. Step 6: Drizzle in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  7. Step 7: Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice. Enjoy your warm and flavorful stir-fry!

Notes

This stir-fry stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. When reheating, I recommend adding a splash of water or extra sauce to keep it moist and flavorful.
