- Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Step 4: Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
- Step 5: Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack in a single layer.
- Step 6: Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Step 7: Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Step 8: Serve with barbecue sauce on the side. Enjoy!
